Daniel Kennedy has held the position of President, Chief Operating Officer, Director and Founder of the Company since 1998. Mr. Kennedy formerly served as Founder, President and Director of Medical Waste Management Inc.’s primary Ontario competitor - Med-Tech Environmental Ltd., from its inception in late 1992 through mid-1997. Prior to founding Ontario’s first commercial biomedical waste processing company, Mr. Kennedy owned and operated his own environmental consulting company and served as Toronto Operations Manager for Laidlaw Waste Systems Ltd. Mr. Kennedy is a Certified Transportation Manager and holds several registered environmental industry program certificates.

David Prince joined Medical Waste Management Inc. in the capacity of company Operations Manager, in November 1998. His experience and qualifications assisted greatly in the development of our driver-training program, our custom software program and our custom forms (route sheets, rosters, packing lists, bill of lading, supplies and container inventory, etc.). Currently, Mr. Prince assumes full responsibility for both plant and transportation operations. David was first introduced to the Ontario medical waste management industry, when hired by Med-Tech Environmental Ltd. in late 1995, after acquiring a B.A. in Business Administration.

Orlando Flores entered the Ontario medical waste market in early 1996 as a commercial driver, progressing to waste processing & supervision and then to Customer Service for Med-Tech Environmental Ltd., where he learned the intricacies of this unique industry over several years. In January 1999, Mr. Flores joined the MWM team as our first Driver / Customer Service Specialist and quickly escalated to Driver Trainer / Supervisor as the company expanded. In 2001, Mr. Flores was promoted to company Small Quantity Generator (SQG) Sales & Service Specialist, where he continues to earn significant market share increases in that important market segment.

Mario Carpino has been directly involved in virtually every component of commercial healthcare waste management over the past 10+ years, originally with Bio-Med Waste Systems Ltd., followed by Med-Tech Environmental Ltd., joining the original Medical Waste Management Inc. management team in the capacity of Sales Manager, in January 1999. Mario has held the senior position of Sharpsmart Canada Client Care Manager since mid 2001, when the concept of Sharpsmart was first introduced in Ontario. Mario’s long term industry expertise assisted greatly in Sharpsmart’s Ontario development and introduction and adds a high degree of professionalism and credibility to the physical Sharpsmart implementation process.

Stew Taylor has held the position of Sharpsmart Canada Ltd. Client Care Manager since joining the company in June 2002. Mr. Taylor has extensive experience in commercial healthcare waste management. Previous positions include Ontario Regional Manager, Med-Tech Environmental, Ontario Operations Manager, Laidlaw Medical Waste Services and General Manager, Medispose Inc.
